Anyone who wishes to captain a Moorpark Tennis Club team in a USTA league, must indicate by e-mail, in the pledge form, their agreement to assure that all of the members of their MTC-sponsored team are members of the MTC. The e-mail pledge must be returned to Wendy Williams at wendywilli@roadrunner.com, before the date Captains are required to register the minimum number of team members with the USTA.

MTC will compare the names you submit to the USTA for your team with the MTC Membership Roster. If any of your team members do not appear as MTC members, you will not be able to arrange for MTC team matches through Wendy Williams. The purpose of this process is to insure compliance with the Membership Rule BEFORE a non-MTC member is placed on a MTC team or has played for the team.
